NECN: Mass. lawmakers introduce new juvenile sentencing bill
(NECN: Kathryn Sotnik, Boston) – Democratic Massachusetts state Senator Barry Finegold and Republican state Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr unveiled a new bill Thursday that would require juveniles convicted of first degree murder to serve a minimum of 35 years before becoming eligible for parole.
