Concord Journal: Falconize wins top prize at Peabody sing-off

DANVERS

Falconize, the Danvers High School’s coed a cappella group won the top prize at A Cappella for A Cause at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School on Friday, Jan. 31.

Sponsored by the George Peabody Chapter of the National Honor Society, the event featured a “sing-off” among local high school musical groups to raise money for a charity of choice.

Danvers High’s Falconize took the prize and will receive a check in the amount of $1,000 to present to the Colleen Ritzer Memorial Scholarship.
